What's actually unlimited on the free tier?+

Unlimited surveys, unlimited questions, unlimited responses from your own audience, all 16 question types, full conditional logic, piping, and quotas. The two free-tier caps: you can have 3 active surveys at a time (upgrade for more), and advanced fraud features (device fingerprinting, behavioral scoring) are on paid plans. Basic fraud scoring + attention checks are on the free tier.

Can I use the AI features without paying?+

Basic fraud scoring is on the free tier. Advanced fraud (device + behavioral) and AI theme extraction on open-ends ship on Pro ($49/user/mo). The AI survey author, conversational AI interviewer, and auto exec-summary are on Research ($199/user/mo). We gate the heavier-compute AI features behind paid plans because they have real per-user API costs — the core "AI quality" expectations (fraud/attention) are free.

How does team pricing work?+

All paid plans are priced per user per month. If you want to add teammates, each additional seat is billed at the same tier rate (so 3 people on Pro is $267/mo). This aligns pricing with the real cost of the AI features heavy users trigger, and it's how every modern AI-native SaaS prices (Cursor, Notion, Figma, Claude Team). Teams of 5+ can negotiate volume discounts via our Enterprise plan, which also adds SSO, compliance, and white-label.

How small a study can I run on the panel?+

10 completes is the practical minimum. A 10-complete, 2-minute study is ~$30. No subscription required — buy as many or as few completes as you want, whenever you want.

What audiences can the panel reach?+

A US consumer panel with particular depth in women 25–40, Gen Z, and active shoppers of CPG categories. We support targeting by age, gender, region, income, household, parent status, occupation, shopping behavior, category usage, brand affinity, and custom screener. For hard-to-reach audiences (specific clinicians, homeowners with solar, etc.), our Enterprise plan offers custom recruitment.

Why do you pay respondents 50% of what I pay?+

Because it buys you better data. On most panels, respondents get 10–15% of what you pay — which attracts professional survey-takers, farms, and bots. Paying 50% makes the panel a real job for people who care about answering carefully. Our completion rates and fraud scores are the receipts. Every panel-access dollar is itemized at checkout so you can verify where it goes.

Can I export raw data, or is it locked in?+

CSV and Google Sheets export are on the free tier. SPSS/Stata and API pulls are on Research. Your data is always yours — no vendor lock-in.

How do I paste or import an existing survey?+

Open AI Author from the editor and switch to the “Parse existing” tab. Paste the survey as plain text (Word doc, Google Doc, PDF, an export from another tool, even just a numbered list) and we’ll detect the questions, types, options, and scales automatically. You’ll review and edit before saving — nothing publishes without your sign-off.

What happens if someone starts my survey but doesn't finish?+

Their answers autosave as they go, so a network blip or accidentally-closed tab won't wipe their progress — if they return within 7 days, the survey picks up where they left off. In-progress drafts don't count toward your response total (that stays scoped to submitted responses), but you can see them on the Responses tab if you want to track drop-off. Drafts that sit untouched for more than 7 days are automatically marked "abandoned" so your dashboard stays clean. Nothing is deleted — you can always see abandoned rows to analyze where respondents drop off.
